My 2015 Astra1.6 cdti at 65k now occasionally rattles on initial start-up, only for approx. 1-2 seconds, it sounds just like timing chain rattle, possibly tensioner problem! I've read somewhere on the forum that Vauxhall say "it is a characteristic of that engine", but is this the start of something more serious??
