I’m having the same problem as well. I have tried resetting the Apple TV 3rd gen with no luck. No problem with regular account but won’t recognize my upgrade to HBO to watch GoT.

As has been expected, HBO has removed its HBO Now app from second and third-generation Apple TV models over the weekend.
